'HOGFATHER'
STARTS HD PRODUCTION AT 3 MILLS STUDIOS

One and RHI Entertainment's commission of Terry
Pratchett's worldwide best-selling fantasy
fiction novel, 'Hogfather', is to be shot at 3
Production on the 2 x 120 HD television feature
has commenced and principal photography is due
to start at 3 Mills Studios in April 2006.
'Hogfather' is Sky One's biggest drama
commission to date and is the first to be shot
on HD. The film stars David Jason (Only Fools
and Horses, A Touch of Frost, The Darling Buds
of May) as Albert and other UK and US talent to
be confirmed. 'Hogfather' is directed by Vadim
Jean (Leon the Pig Farmer) and produced by Rod
Brown (Dream Team, Goal) and Ian Sharples (The
Virgin of Liverpool). Elaine Pyke, Commissioning
Editor Sky One, will executive produce for Sky
One and Robert Halmi Sr (Dinotopia) is the
executive producer for RHI Entertainment.
'Hogfather' is produced by the award winning
The production of Hogfather marks the first ever
live action / CGI film of Discworld and its
characters.
Elaine Pyke, Commissioning Editor, Drama, Sky
